WHAT IS THE KUNDALINI?
The Kundalini is a powerful internal fire of life force energy known as prana or CHI. The Kundalini resides within us all and is connected to an intricate network of Nadis, meridians and chakras which distribute pranaic life force energy throughout our being.
For many it lays dormant at the base of the spine in the root chakra, waiting to be awakened. When the Kundalini awakens it rises through each chakra into the third eye, into the crown and then around your body in a tours field.
It is the fuel and it is the key to your new earth multidimensional crystalline merkabah light body.
Through awakening and then mastering your Kundalini life force great spiritual abilities can be obtained, where a new found euphoria and divine appreciation of life can truly be discovered. Through the Kundalini you can see with new eyes where through tending to your internal flame, great states of mastery can be unlocked.
The Kundalini life force is a very powerful energy within you, there for it should be risen steadily with great responsibility, self control and inner mastery. Go on a life life changing 8 Week journey of raising your
Kundalini Life force
Discover powerful and deeply transformation Kundalini yogic practises in union with New Earth crystalline consciousness wisdom teachings.
We will be working chakra by chakra, week by week as the central frame work to the course.
I will guide you through powerful practise of Kundalini yoga and breath work providing you with a new 1 hour chakra training plan each week, which you can continue to practise and work with beyond the initial the course. I will also ask you to practise the chakra activation exercises of the week on your own as self practise each day, whilst in the course to assist you in achieving the greatest results.
Each week you will receive a private one on one 3 hour activation video call session with me via zoom. This call will include 1 hour+ of kundalini yoga and pranamaya and 1 hour + of chakra energy healing, alignments and philosophy.
Course Structure:
Week 1:
I will provide you with Kundalini yoga for the root, as well as energy healing to clear, balance and align your root chakra. You will learn foundation English and Sanskrit terminology of the chakras as well as mantras for the root.
Week 2:
With the same structure as week 1, will be working with the sacral chakra, where I will provide you with Kundalini yoga for the Sacral, as well as energy healing and mantras to clear, balance and align your Sacral chakra.
Week 3:
With the same structure as week 1 an 2, we will be working with the Solar plexus Chakra where I will provide you with Kundalini yoga for the Solar plexus, as well as energy healing to clear, balance and align your Solar plexus chakra.
And so on and so forth, working chakra by chakra with kundalini activation practises, energy healing and mantras to purify balance and align each of your chakras steadily raising your kundalini life force.
Week 8:
Week 8 will be a God source connection enhancement and soul attunement session, we will be working with all chakras and the source God to assist further attuning you to your higher self and soul blurprint/ source expression.
